Shipping policy
Processing Time
• All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and US federal holidays, as well as fulfillment center closures).
• Processing may extend to 5 business days during peak periods like Black Friday, Cyber Monday, holiday seasons, or due to high order volumes.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship to all 50 US states, Puerto Rico, and select international destinations:
US Domestic Shipping
• Standard Ground: 3-7 business days | Trackable via USPS or UPS
• 2-Day Air: 2 business days | Trackable (additional fee applies)
• Next-Day Air: 1 business day | Trackable (available for most locations, additional fee applies)
• PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses: Only standard shipping available, delivery takes 5-10 business days
International Shipping
• Delivery times range by destination: 10-25 business days
• All international orders include tracking
• Customs clearance may cause delays, which are outside our control
Shipping Fees
• US Domestic:
◦ Free Standard Ground shipping on orders over $50 USD
◦ Standard Ground fee: $4.99 USD for orders under $50 USD
◦ 2-Day Air: $12.99 USD
◦ Next-Day Air: $24.99 USD (varies by location and order weight)
• International: Calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and package dimensions
• Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched
Order Tracking
• A shipping confirmation email with a unique tracking number will be sent once your order ships
• Track your order via the link in the email or through our website’s "Track My Order" page
• Tracking details may take 24-48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system
Shipping Restrictions
• We do not ship to US territories not listed above or to remote areas with limited carrier access
• Certain products (e.g., large furniture, hazardous materials) may have shipping restrictions or require special handling
• International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees, which are the sole responsibility of the customer
Missing or Delayed Orders
• If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe:
1. Check the tracking information for delivery attempts, delays, or address issues
2. Contact our support team at [your email] with your order number
• Missing order claims must be filed within 30 days of estimated delivery for domestic orders, and 60 days for international orders
• We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and provide updates within 3 business days
Address Corrections
• Please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout
• Address changes can only be made if the order has not yet been processed and shipped
• Contact dave8canopy@gmail.com immediately if you need to update your address – if the order has already been dispatched, a redirection fee may apply or you may need to arrange for re-delivery directly with the carrier
